Overpriced Electric company
Had ambit for 2 years our electric bill was always around $300-$500 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. When we moved we bought a large 4 bedroom house and switched over to JustEnergy. Our bill ranged from $88-$133. Didn’t make sense because our house is dramatically larger and I’m now a stay at home mom.

Worst Mobile App Ever!!
Constantly says my password is invalid despite copying it from my password manager exactly the way I made it! Then locks me out after a few attempts… the app is beyond buggy and made with zero care or thought for their customers. Truly a disappointing app!
Horrible
App is slower than Christmas and won’t load. Ambit needs to reevaluate.
Scam company
Can’t log into my account on the app or on the internet. How the hell will I pay my bill?!?!
