It’s nice you can check your bill/usage and pay on the app. However there is no way to contact customer support on here when there is a problem.

I’ve had zero issues using the app and it’s super convenient to make my payments and the prices are what keep me with TXU as long as they continue to give very competitive rates I will never leave, I’m extremely satisfied!

When biometrics is turned on it works for the first few attempts but then is says something failed and you have to log in with password again.
