Worst Mobile App Ever!!
Constantly says my password is invalid despite copying it from my password manager exactly the way I made it! Then locks me out after a few attempts… the app is beyond buggy and made with zero care or thought for their customers. Truly a disappointing app!

Forced to use them for my 1 bed apartment that’s 500 sqft yet my bill is 200+ monthly and I’m never home, don’t have a single tv in my apartment and my ac/heater don’t even work anyways. I’m home about 3-4 hours a day. Cant even log in to the app either to check what the usage is

The biometric sign in on this app is trash same with the auto pay I'd spend more time trying to make the experience possible by updating the app more frequently and paying a professional to find vulnerabilitiesil in the software because their are a lot of issues
Fruad
I went through my apartments provider, the lady set my account wrong and attached it to a random person in san antonios account. They said if i want to get that line off my account i will have to make a police report to prove it is not me. Im tired of this

Since we can’t even log into the app, how exactly are you planning to collect your payment — or did you decide to give up on charging for your services altogether?

Worked the first and now it keeps going back to login screen to try to log me in with my Face ID that I had set up. App is useless and a waste of space.

Absolutely horrible! App won’t load and can’t pay my bill and no one on the phone knows how to fix it, and they just say “wait a couple days” HIGHLY don’t recommend using this app!!!!

I’m trying to setup my account to pay my bill and it gets stuck on the second step like the screen does not move or anything I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it it’s still doing the same thing
Terrible energy company
I would give this company negative 10 stars if I could. They randomly keep increasing the price of electricity. One month is $220+ in a 1 bd apartment. I can not open the app. The screen goes black or crashes after signing in. I can not access anything. They have no email to connect. They let the automated system run everything. I would not recommend.
