Just energy app is the worst I have on my phone. Just one more year and my contract will be over and i can erase the piece of garbage.

Rumors

Many people have this type of application when they’re making their payments on this application people been saying that it’s not going through. Some of them are getting overcharge. I wonder can this application for the electric bill can they be trusted and why can’t people use Apple Pay to pay it quickly and possible it’s like what is this application business and corporation? What are they hiding?

It’s April 2025 and this app does everything you need it to. Doesn’t look the greatest but it functions perfectly! Does just what I need.

Considering you have Canadian customers it would be helpful if the app was available to Canadian customers. Not to mention even if you aren’t. The app is still slow and buggy, the website is not much better. You guys have no problem calling at 7:00am to let me know I have a MINIMAL overdue balance (by 2 days) but you can’t have a website or app that works? Maybe you should have tech start at 7 along with your collections employees.

Horrible app I’m unable to log in, this is the worst app ever

Worst electric company

The worst electric company. I set up a payment arrangement only to find out the next two payments are due within two days. What’s the point of setting up a payment arrangement ? They are closed on the weekends, can’t get any one to help when they are open. THIS IS THE WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY IN TEXAS. I DO NOT RECCOMEND, I plan to find another provider soon.
