I’ve been trying for the past hour to login to my account for an urgent matter and I have not received the OTP yet! Why doesn’t the app work correctly and send the OTP?

No privacy!

Why is it required to enable location services to use the app?
Remember, you’re just a bank app. You don’t need to know where your costumers’ homes and locations are in order to provide service.

الخط والايقونات صغيره

‏الخط صغير جدا لا يكاد يرى ارجو تكبيره وعمله خط أسود غامق حتى يرى في الجوالات الصغيرة كما أنه بعض الأيقونات تختفي تحت بسبب صغر الخط وبعد المسافة الرجاء إعادة تصميم الواجهة بخطوط اكبر
