I’ve been trying for the past hour to login to my account for an urgent matter and I have not received the OTP yet! Why doesn’t the app work correctly and send the OTP?

الخط صغير جدا لا يكاد يرى ارجو تكبيره وعمله خط أسود غامق حتى يرى في الجوالات الصغيرة كما أنه بعض الأيقونات تختفي تحت بسبب صغر الخط وبعد المسافة الرجاء إعادة تصميم الواجهة بخطوط اكبر
يوجد مشكلة ازلية في التطبيق وهي البطىء الشديد
التطبيق يعاني من بطىء شديد والذي يظهر جلياً لجميع المستخدمين. لا اعلم لماذا لا ينظر في تقييم العملاء الموجود على app store

سيء للغاية انصح بعدم التعامل مع بنك الجزيرة واغلاق حساباتك لديهم.

I want to update my ID in the apps but I could not see the self service option due to the apps display not working fully in the iphone 5S.

Verification code problem
Whenever I want to make any transaction that requires a verification code ( such as transferring money or credit card recharge) the verification code will not be received from the first time, every time I have to wait for one minute, until I be able request the app to send verification code again. It’s a such wasting of time in every transaction that I make.

First of all the update is a great step ahead!
But it is just a matter of seconds until I face numerous bugs..
The thing that annoys me the most is the hierarchy of the app. How can a tab button opens up a slide over menu?! It is just another hamburger menu that should be removed!
