Very bad l do not recommend

I paid 12 pounds for a 2-time ride although normally it was a maximum of 9 pounds and I texted them and they didn't send me money back now from tesco extra to the cathedral it was a maximum of 7£ and they took 17£ so a lot I will give up this taxi company because they are not serious, I do not recommend

Overcharged

The app collects more than quoted and then does not rebate the difference when the taxi clock shows less than you have paid. The taxi also chose the long route, we paid far less on the cash journey home. Questionable to say the least.
