I reserved a taxi the night before. Didn’t show up. I called when it was past the time and the “operator“ told me “the driver isn’t on his way yet”.

App does not work as described
I booked a trip using the app. As I landed, I opened the app to check the status, it was showing trip canceled. However, I called the Company they had my booking as active.
