Terrible UI and onboarding process
Tried to make an account, the UI is terrible, it looks like it was designed by a kid, and the onboarding process requires you to watch a lengthy video and doesn’t allow you to skip it. When the video finished, I tried going to the next screen and back and it had to replay the entire video. The Ui elements also stretching is terrible. This is not a well designed app, even the old BDO website (which is a low low bar) was more user friendly than this. 0/5 stars. I didnt make an account anymore because of the experience.

Need check app maintenance
Please check app maintenance, I can’t access the app for a long time now. It has a notification of “Maximum allowed devices reached” when in fact I only access this app with one device, it has been 3 months since the last time I can access this app.
Hassle Account Opening Process
I thought it’s a complete online account opening process. They are asking me to go at the selected branch to submit the same ID documents during the online application and to activate the account.

I don’t know what kind of apps do you have. I was able to open the account and with account number but the apps don’t have system to transact, transfer and bills payment. Sayang naman ito. Na kulangan ako sa gumawa nito.

I can’t do bank transfers because the app isn’t sending me an OTP no matter how many times I try to resend it.
