I say go ahead and invest in a better system versus the present because this one is not working at all !
No good. good idea, bad execution
Beats the paper copy I used to have to turn in, but it clock me out sometimes or won’t clock me in at all. ever since the new update, yeah not good. Also, sometimes this is my GPS is not accurate. Sometimes the app crashes and won’t ever let me get back into it.
Pain in the Butt!!!
I have used other home care apps and this is the worst.
I don’t even know where to begin.
1) I think the biggest issue is that the hours on the dashboard do not match with the hours on the timesheets. I have sat down multiple times and figured out the hours by the clock in and clock out times. The hours that they have for how many hours worked is wrong also. Wonder why the dashboard is always off.
2) I’m so sick of deleting the app. This happens multiple times a week and day. So then you have employees clocking in or out late.
This isn’t good when you have multiple workers.
3) when clocking in or out and it says your information isn’t found.
But you know it is right. So you have to delete the app and reinstall.
4) clocking in or out and it isn’t the correct time. This happens a lot and then employees are short hours.
5) clocking in and it says someone is already clocked in with a client and there isn’t anyone else clocked in.
6) is frozen at the clock in or out screen. So you have to delete it and reinstall it.
7) always getting error codes. So then you have to either log out and log back in. If that doesn’t work delete the app and reinstall it.
It would be a great app if things got fixed.
I wish there was away for when logging in that the user name could have a drop down for multiple employees names. So all they have to do is click on their name and type in their password.

Won’t open
Had a recent update and now it won’t open.

The problem with the app is the fact that makes me a wait to start my shift keeps telling me to “please wait” for minutes and then I have to close the app and load it back up again and it does the same thing sometimes it takes me wait for 15 minutes just to START MY SHIFT and I hate that. Please fix it. Over all 3 1/2 stars .
