No good. good idea, bad execution
Beats the paper copy I used to have to turn in, but it clock me out sometimes or wonât clock me in at all. ever since the new update, yeah not good. Also, sometimes this is my GPS is not accurate. Sometimes the app crashes and wonât ever let me get back into it.

I have used other home care apps and this is the worst.
I donât even know where to begin.
1) I think the biggest issue is that the hours on the dashboard do not match with the hours on the timesheets. I have sat down multiple times and figured out the hours by the clock in and clock out times. The hours that they have for how many hours worked is wrong also. Wonder why the dashboard is always off.
2) Iâm so sick of deleting the app. This happens multiple times a week and day. So then you have employees clocking in or out late.
This isnât good when you have multiple workers.
3) when clocking in or out and it says your information isnât found.
But you know it is right. So you have to delete the app and reinstall.
4) clocking in or out and it isnât the correct time. This happens a lot and then employees are short hours.
5) clocking in and it says someone is already clocked in with a client and there isnât anyone else clocked in.
6) is frozen at the clock in or out screen. So you have to delete it and reinstall it.
7) always getting error codes. So then you have to either log out and log back in. If that doesnât work delete the app and reinstall it.
It would be a great app if things got fixed.
I wish there was away for when logging in that the user name could have a drop down for multiple employees names. So all they have to do is click on their name and type in their password.

Wonât open
Had a recent update and now it wonât open.

The problem with the app is the fact that makes me a wait to start my shift keeps telling me to âplease waitâ for minutes and then I have to close the app and load it back up again and it does the same thing sometimes it takes me wait for 15 minutes just to START MY SHIFT and I hate that. Please fix it. Over all 3 1/2 stars .

A lot of Issues with App
This app has a lot of issues and itâs a lot of buttons to click. There needs to be a faster way where employees can clock in out. The app also logs you out randomly or a please wait icon pops up and loads for a while. Also the location accuracy is not good.
Fix The App
This app doesnât work properly, itâs slow and glitches. Iâm having a terrible experience with it. Fix it!
Garbage app
This app never works like itâs supposed to. There are constant crashes, itâs difficult to navigate and is just downright garbage. I would never use this app if I didnât have to. Unfortunately I have to use it because my employer uses it.
Not so great
Iâm a client and using this app has been wonderful and easy up until the last two updates⊠Once the âupdatesâ were done Iâve have nothing but issues with logging in, my PCA has also been having the same issues. Hopefully it gets fixed soonâŠ.
Always logging me out!!!
This app keeps logging my out now I have to log in again typing the user name password company name and then select employee all over again no autofill!!! Very frustrating!!!!!

Update requires having to log in repeatedly
Having to log in repeatedly is becoming highly frustrating especially since thereâs no autofill option. Otherwise the app is decent.

Log in issues
Sometimes it makes me log in multiple times. Many times I try to log out my time and it lags or the app goes blank so I canât log off until one day later. Itâs not helpful.
Not working for me
The apps still has some glitches. Clock in and out.
And the app did not record. I search in the app for pending and it was not. Fix this issue or redesign for more simple app to be used.

Ok app. Doesnât calculate time worked correctly
This app is easy to use to clock in and out. However, it rarely calculates the hours worked correctly. Sometimes when it reports hits and minutes, the minutes are greater than 60. At other times it just calculates incorrectly.
