Unfair Shipping Prices Compared to competitors
Iβve completed over 40 hauls using various agents over the past few years. This was, by far, the worst shipping experience Iβve ever had.
I shipped roughly 5 kg of lightweight clothing in mid-January. The package was small (around a 1-foot cube) and low volume. The standard shipping options shown were extremely high, which effectively pushed me into using βShipping Expertβ as the only viable choice.
Shipping Expert then provided a single option priced around $200. There was no breakdown, no carrier transparency, and no alternative routes presented.
Despite paying what I would consider premium-tier shipping pricing, the package was routed through a budget last-mile carrier (UniUni). Total delivery time was approximately 43 days. The parcel sat in Dallas for nearly three weeks with no movement. Support responses were generic and unhelpful.
For a small 5 kg package, $200 for slow, opaque routing is simply not acceptable. I have never paid this much for such a light shipment, and I have never experienced this level of delay combined with such limited transparency.
What concerns me most is the lack of clarity:
β’ Why were the initial shipping quotes so inflated?
β’ Why was only one route offered through Shipping Expert?
β’ Why was a high shipping fee paired with a budget delivery carrier?
β’ Why was there no transparency about routing before payment?

I ordered some shorts and a hoodie that cost me 70 dollars for both but then I have to pay 10 dollars in some random fees and after week after they expect me to pay 70 dollars for shipping. That shouldβve gotten taken care of when i ordered it. Also not to mention the shipping time is absurd least it would take was a month, never buying from here again. If your willing to pay the extra fees that cost more than your order and your willing to wait a very long time for your order then go ahead and buy from here.
