Customer services
The waiting time for customer service is outrageously long, I’m not even sure if a real life agent will ever get in contact with me because I’ve sent messages and waited a whole day to be transferred to a human agent, but still have heard nothing. Also my order still has not been shipped even though the shipping route stated transit time would be 10-18 days. My package stay has exceeded 18 days and the status on it still says it’s being “packaged” and will ship out soon. Which I’m sure is not true.

I requested a refund over a month ago and have tried reaching out to their support team multiple times and there’s no one to talk to. They never reply: this app needs to be taken down, all they’re doing is scamming people of their money.

When I try to buy anything it says please contact customer service I’ve been trying to contact a member of ur team for more than one week now I even check the time on china to make sure I’m texting between the available times I get no answer and I need to buy my order now I can’t do it I need help
