Expensive shipping for wigs
Superbuy used to be a great way of purchasing cosplay wigs but ever since they started classing them as “sensitive items”, the shipping costs have increased significantly. It was £25 just to ship 2 wigs to the UK.

Due to customs and international carrier regulations, wigs are classed as sensitive items (due to synthetic materials), which limits them to specific shipping lines. One of the rare apps that actually proceeds legally, has no r3ps and refuses to process stuff like this and sells actual good quality items for low prices, I love it so much and it really has good customer service too, they help you really quickly and solves all the problems u may have, like literally my holy grail lol

Did not refund money
Made a payment through Apple Pay, which they said didn’t go through so they did not confirm any of the purchases I made even though they said it was gonna get refunded. It did not get refunded to my bank or account. 💔💔✌️🥹
