Did not refund money
Made a payment through Apple Pay, which they said didn’t go through so they did not confirm any of the purchases I made even though they said it was gonna get refunded. It did not get refunded to my bank or account. 💔💔✌️🥹

Expensive domestic shipping
Tell me why they charged me $68 for shipping from guangdong to foshan!!! For a 58cm by 47cm by 41cm. The shipping company only charged $8 they added $60 on top. I understand international shipping but domestic????? Am so frustrated i paid $250 shipping within china and my forwarding company only charged me $180 from china to kenya!! This guys are literal greedy! Insane! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
