Horrible service
You have to pay 3 separate fees! My total ended up being 200 bucks for 4 school uniforms that were supposedly $54, then they added on a bunch of other fees. First you have to pay for your item and the shipping from the handler to the china warehouse. Then they make you pay a service fee and a second shipping fee for it to ship from the china warehouse to the American warehouse. Then they will deliver it to your home. Not only is the process long, it’s expensive!

Confusing at first but an amazing service
I use them to buy stuff that's available at great prices in China and have it shipped to me. It's a bit confusing at first but once you figure it out it's pretty great.

of all the international shopping apps i’ve used, superbuy is by far the most pleasant. easy to reach customer service, and when that service isn’t available, they send out notices well before it happens. my packages have also been handled very carefully and the extra services are definitely worth it if you’re buying stuff for yourself! super easy to use

Be careful when you buy through them, because unfortunately they are closing the reviews, so the sizes and the quality are almost unknown. And there is no chance to return the item.

thsi is sucks, cz I can't use either my credit card or my apple pay to pay the items that I want from Xianyu! also when I trying to top up it says "High risk" like what on earth, what a hillarious app
good but not the best for second hand sites
its a good app and the customer service is really friendly and helpful, but its not the greatest when you find a rare item for a good price on a second hand site like xianyu - it takes a long time to process the purchase and by the time its registered the items already been sold which really annoys me. it would be better if they had an instant buy system like buyee because ive lost out on so many cheap figures due to the slow response rate

Shipping can be a little pricey, but honestly during these tough times, everything in this economy is getting more and more expensive. The workers treat your stuff with excellent care and customer service responds to your messages very quickly! This app is extremely convenient and easy to use to use, and I do recommend this app if you want to buy stuff from China, but live in the U.S (like me)!
