Expensive domestic shipping

Tell me why they charged me $68 for shipping from guangdong to foshan!!! For a 58cm by 47cm by 41cm. The shipping company only charged $8 they added $60 on top. I understand international shipping but domestic????? Am so frustrated i paid $250 shipping within china and my forwarding company only charged me $180 from china to kenya!! This guys are literal greedy! Insane! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Trusted but can be more expensive

Used them years but unfortunately has become very expensive compared to others, I still pay extra cos I know my goods are looked after but after covid price hike the cost never went back down

THE BEST PROXY APP EVER

Insanely helpful customer service! They are so helpful and send pictures if your product arrived damaged to their facility so you can get a refund before you even ship it overseas to you. AND THEY SENT ME A CARD ON MY BIRTHDAY HELLO?!?!

The worst package shipping app from China

After testing many applications of this kind, I tested SuperBuy. I had to wait 2 months for the delivery of a package, before the carrier did not call me on my number and they finally return my package. After exchanging with the after-sales service, they offer me a discount on my next delivery and finally claim ¥290 to unblock my situation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM AND CHOOSE ANOTHER APP.

We want to clarify that local delivery attempts and phone notifications are handled entirely by the third-party postal/courier services in your country, which Superbuy cannot directly control. When a package is returned to our warehouse due to a failed local delivery, the carrier unfortunately charges a return or redelivery fee. The ¥290 mentioned was likely this actual cost required by the logistics provider to process your parcel, rather than an arbitrary charge from us. Horrible service

You have to pay 3 separate fees! My total ended up being 200 bucks for 4 school uniforms that were supposedly $54, then they added on a bunch of other fees. First you have to pay for your item and the shipping from the handler to the china warehouse. Then they make you pay a service fee and a second shipping fee for it to ship from the china warehouse to the American warehouse. Then they will deliver it to your home. Not only is the process long, it’s expensive!

Confusing at first but an amazing service

I use them to buy stuff that's available at great prices in China and have it shipped to me. It's a bit confusing at first but once you figure it out it's pretty great.

Great for merch collectors!

10/10. Super great shopping agents. Is very generous with their photographing of products. I highly suggest using them if you are a fan of gacha games such as HOYOVERSE, Arknights, KURO games and more!!!
