Really happy with my first Joyagoo order. I was nervous about using a shipping agent for the first time, but the app walks you through every step — you can see exactly when your items reach the warehouse, and the QC photos before shipping gave me a lot of confidence. Everything I bought matched the listing, and the quality was better than I expected for the price.
Shipping was faster than I thought it would be, and I liked being able to hold items in storage and combine them into one package to save on costs. When I had a question about my order, an agent replied within a day and actually answered it properly instead of sending a canned response.
Shipping isn’t free, so check the estimate before you buy, but overall this was a smooth, trustworthy experience. Would use again. 5/5.
