No repair
The app apparently does not support the repair side of ALLDATA, only the estimator and community icons were visible.
Stupid app
App won’t let me open it on my brand new iPhone 16. It opens up and closes instantly. Second phone I’ve bought and had this issue
Inefficient Buisnesses
Why would you waste money and time to develop this app? I thought I should download all data’s app because I have all the other parts stores apps, and unlike this one, the others are actually useful
Does not work on mobile
Title says it all. App works fine on ipad but on mobile it is totally useless. I have a ipone 13, and 15 and it does not work. It also does not work on my coworkers Galaxy. Kind of annoying

Took out two of our iPads at work. They will not load ALLDATA at all even after we’ve tried to redownload them. No way to go back either unfortunately
Terrible time trying to login
Customer service is poor. Any time I want to login I’m shut out and customer service just sends me a new login, which lasts for one access. Next time I try and login with my new passwords, it says access denied. REALYY REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS

Issue
I been using alldata through my laptop and I saw that they had it on app so I wanted to try it out. Once I had it downloaded I was only allowed two opinions community and data manager I couldn’t get into anything else
Inadequate
ALLDATA more like some data, don’t have wheel torque spec for some vehicles like why call it ALLDATA. Absolutely slow, garbage, keeps freezing. Takes forever to add pictures, takes for forever to add notes, why name it ALLDATA when you can’t even get torque specs for brake calipers, unbelievable. Who ever created this app should revise its name, like come on now how can users depend on an app with insufficient data. Better off using google with adequate data.

Crashes and frezze
Please make this Alldata App more proffesional, (crashes in the middle of a relearn / reset Job) and also (very important) offline useable. I shouldn’t need Internet Connection when i just scan a Vehicle or Bleed / reset Brakes, or something like that!!

Terrible for the price
This was the worst scan tool I’ve ever touched.
This is only good for nothing really. I brought it with a 12 month agreement before you get the product and was told it air bleeds electric cars and test catalytic convertor air flow. Didn’t do either one and also could connect it on the go so this needs internet 24/7 it’s not a plug and play like 99 % of scan tools you’re able to plug it in and scan a car anywhere in the USA and get codes available. Not this one. This is a terrible system do not buy it. For this price just get a snap on tool.

Login on iPhone app and doesn’t link to subscription. Completely unless.
