IPAD FUNCTIONALITY
YOU HAVE TO TURN AN IPAD TO THE SIDE (90 DEGREES TO MY KEYBOARD) TO GET CERTAIN PROMPTS, SUCH AS CHECK DEPOSIT, TO BE VIEWABLE. IT TOOK AWHILE TO FIGURE OUT THAT WAS THE TRICK TO DEPOSIT A CHECK.

Widget doesn’t update
Loved the old Allegacy app. it just worked. This app. Horrible. The quick view widget NEVER updates. Constantly have to sign in to see your balance. This deserves zero stars. I hate it. I hate it. I HATE IT!!! Give me back the app that worked and place this one where light doesn’t shine.

I do not use banks, only credit unions and Allegacy is customer focused and that is why I am their customer!
Problem with new app
I haven’t been to open the app for 2 days. Never had a problem with the old app.
Doesn’t work
Since the update I cannot get the app to work. The cloudware part won’t work.

New update broke Apple Watch functionality again, cannot access any info on the watch….

Love using Allegacy Fed Union app. All i wish they would show the balance after each transsaction.

Love the app, way better than working with through-browser website, boots up quickly, well laid out, the revamp is nice as well.
There is a whole line of things in the settings area that can take you to a website, it seems bulky an odd to send someone to a website for any function while they are in the very app from that company.
That said all in all a great app, very functional.

Can’t access statements
I am unable to access monthly account statements on my iPad Air 3rd gen. A window opens displaying “loading”, but never finishes loading. Wouldn’t it be nice to update the app without screwing something up? Appreciate you fixing this. Thanks.

This new app is garbage. I can’t even log into my account. When I try to log in I end up on a screen that says my phone has been detected by a certain cell tower close to me then asks if this my phone. I click yes then it says there is an error sending the request. That’s as far as I get.
I’ve talked to customer service and that was a waste of time.
Time to move my money elsewhere.

I can’t get on my Allegacy mobile app. All I get is verify I’m human
Love the app, but this new verify thing is not working
Have had no issues with the app until today. Whatever this new digital verification screen is will not verify me. I check the box, it spins, then the verification box pops back up.
