Problems with this app on iPhone X; iOS 12.1

App worked when I installed it. But when I closed the app and reinstarted it, the view screen was blank. When I checked Color Themes in the drop down list under Settings, there were no themes to select. I deleted the program and reinstalled it and it worked properly. But, as before, any time the app is closed and then restarted, the problem returns. I have sent several emails to the developer and have not received any responses.
