Slow deposit
Idk why it’s taking 7+ days to deposit a check!

Works great to check balance and has never crashed. However most bank apps have an option to take a photo of checks and deposit them via the app and this one doesn’t.
Good app, but lacks a few features
This app is good if you want to keep track of your account , the contact credit union customer service by email doesn't work. It would be nice if they can add features like Apple Pay to their cards.

The app works well, but would be more convenient and secure with thumbprint or facial recognition, as most 21st century financial apps now employ.

This is an easy to app and the layout of the screen is wonderful! I love this app! Easier than some of the big bank apps!

This used to work. But now it tells me it can't access my info. Even after I delete the app and reinstall. Disappointing since I can access the site through Safari.
Excellent
Smooth, well organized and EASY to navigate app. After logging in, just out of curiosity I timed how long it took to make a payment on my phone bill. In and out if the app in 20 seconds! Can't beat that.
Excellent app
I'm in my 60's and not terribly tech savvy but bill payment is extremely intuitive and easy to maneuver. Takes no time at all to set up your bills for payment. Thanks Istcu, job well done.
