Unusable app
I am having the same problem as another reviewer. I enter my birthdate to register but everything is grayed out. I also can’t use the Contact form, it just spins. I deleted the app. I wonder if the health insurance policy works either.
Hardly works
Could be great if it would actually function!!! Most of the time just gets stuck on loading.
Needed to be updated
This app is missing many features. One suggestion would be to add the prior authorization tab so the members will be able to look on the app instead of having to log into the computer.

So very behind in the realm of seamlessness and helpfulness. Doesn’t even show up new pharmacy requests. If we are gonna go out dying trying to afford healthcare at least make it easy to use.
App never loads!
This app never loads and has made it so difficult to do anything with my account. It logs me out once I get in. I had to switch to auto pay just so I could make sure my bill got paid on time. Worst app I’ve ever used for a service.

If you’re using this app for the Magellan Rx portal forget it it is always down.

I’m unable to log into app as it doesn’t allow me to accept the EULA check box unresponsive. Please fix

Trying to register and it says enter last four digits? Of what? The plan? Social? Phone? Every time I try and enter it loads for thirty minutes and times out. So annoyed.
FIX IT
I have so much to say about this app but I’m going to keep it short as possible. The new update broke it for me. Signed me out and when I sign in it wants me to agree to the terms and conditions by hitting these check boxes but guess what…. The first one is grayed out and I can’t press on it. I can scroll through the whole paragraph (thinking that will work because you have to on some sites) but it still won’t work. The check box under it I can click on but not the first box. So I can’t even sign in anymore. Nonsense. Next when I USED to be able to use this app it never gives the option to save payment info so guess what?! Every time I need to pay I have to manually enter my credit card info every time. Highly annoying.
