Great for booking a car
I use the app to book cars for rides to the airport primarily. The app works great and is a convenient way to book ahead of time rather than calling in and being put on hold.
Looses two stars for the following:
- tip options: the only option is a value, not a percentage. The values are pre-set which you can not change. They are either too little or way too much. I’d like to see a custom amount for the value and also a percentage option.
- app interface: while the app is generally usable it’s confusing to setup several aspects and the interface could use some refinement. Pre-booking a ride is not clear the first time you do it.
Over all this app is a good option instead of waiting on hold, but I’d like to see improvements.
