Really good app and easy to use. Rides are easy to book, and everything works as expected. It has been updated and works very well as it is user-friendly. I've had a positive experience every time I've used it and will keep using it

Booked a car for a 12 hour full day shift and the experience couldnβt be any better! Clean cars and great conversational skills from the driver! 3 languages!
My experience was horrible
I ordered 3 different taxiβs and all 3 of the drivers called me to cancel because they said they were too far when they were all less than 5 minutes away!

Uber is much quicker, the estimated time on this app is never correct

Used the app to schedule an early morning transport to the airport. Driver showed up on time, drove safely and was respectful and helped me with loading and unloading my luggage. App easy to use to schedule future trips and show the cost for the trip.
Scam in operation
Please be warned that while this is the most known Lebanese taxi operator, they do run a cunning scam operation. Youβll get quoted one price in the app, then given another at the end of your trip.
To be specific, I ordered a car for six hours. 30 minutes before my trip was finished, the driver gets a βcallβ from the head office and it turns out all rides more than 5,5 hours are charged a full day; which happens to be $40 more. Why the app gives a different price for 5.5 hours is only so they can lure in people to scam.
Stay away.

Not that good...
Well the biggest problem is with the location, you can't precisely describe where you are.
Doesn't work
App doesn't work. They say they will send you an SMS with the password but they never send one.
Expensive
14,500 L.L from Bourj Hammoud to Sleep Comfort Karantina. I'm paying 10,000 L.L to another taxi company.
