Charged for An Order than Didn’t Complete
I launched the service through Apple Maps and ordered a meal. I assumed I already downloaded the app since the transaction went through. Transaction completed and my credit card was charged. I was surprised though that I wasn’t provided a confirmation number nor given a email or text. And the final scream asked me to download the app. I went to the restaurant and they told me that they didn’t receive the order. I’m stuck with a charge that I cannot contest with this company since I have no proof of the order. The only proof I have was a charge.

Can’t contact customer service
This app appears to be a scam. The restaurant I went to pick my order up from after paying had never heard of this platform.

Charged but order wasn’t at restaurant
I ordered through the app and was excited but when I got to the restaurant they said they never heard of the app. they hadn’t received an order from them either. I had to reorder again while at the restaurant. Beware before order and make sure to set up an account first. I will definitely be disputing this charge with my bank.

I ALWAYS have issues with this app
I’ve dealt with this specific issue 2-3 times already where i’ll get charged when checking out for my order, then all of a sudden the orders will get cancelled for literally no known reason!! The restaurant(s) themselves don’t even know why this happens because almost always they don’t even receive the order to begin with….. so this app basically charges your card for services and food that you can’t even get despite paying….

Great App
I have been using Allset for a while and I like the promotions and that I am able to place orders to restaurants in my local neighborhood. I have it allset and ready for pick up by the time I get to the restaurant. I sometimes get that restaurants do not have orders ready on time but most of the time it is ready for pickup.

Allset’s system of providing cash back towards future orders promotes the continued use of the app, unlike other online food ordering services that give sign-up promotions and then switch to continuously charging full price. I only had an issue with the app not processing my payment information once, and customer support was polite and quick to help resolve the problem. Overall, Allset is a very user-friendly app, and I’m glad to be using it! I have discovered many worthwhile local restaurants around NYC through it.

NEVER USE THEM!! Worst delivery app ever.
Ultimate complete rip-off. Their discount offers are a scam! No customer support at all. None. They take your delivery fees and tips away from the restaurant so you have to pay them twice. They take the tips from the delivery person and pocket it so you have to tip twice so the poor working class delivery person doesn’t get ripped off. They promise a discount but it takes it out of the restaurant delivery fees. Seriously, DO NOT USE THEM. There is no 10% discount. There is only stealing from the restaurant and delivery person. HORRIBLE!! How they continue to exist is unbelievable but I guess the law doesn’t apply to middle merchants between the restaurant and the customer.

Money saving app
Allset is constantly sending me discounts from $2 off to $5! Love using the discount on days I have time to walk to get lunch. Only downside is that there are a limited number of restaurants Allset partners with so I only use the app when I’m in the mood for the one restaurant on the app that I enjoy.
