Approving shift can be a little time consuming unless the facility knows you by name of not you might not get approved to the day of the shift. Even if approved confirmation is not good you will be unaware into you get a call from all shift regarding why you not there. Instant pay is good,but trying to take to your account manager can be an hit/miss. Some account managers are very rude and hostile and if you tend to voice your concerns it’s an issue

I’ve been trying to find and book shifts and nothing. They have plenty available shifts in Mexico. It’s unfortunate I want to work. I guess agencies aren’t for me. Another one bites the dust.

I can’t emphasize enough how much I love this app. I barely downloaded it and entered my information, and a few weeks later, a work coordinator contacted me about a job. It makes finding work quick and offers decent pay, depending on the clinic where you’re placed. I think it’s a great app for newcomers to the medical field who want to grow and gain more experience☺️.
