A solid and user-friendly authentication app
A very good authentication app: intuitive, efficient, and reassuring for everyday use. It perfectly meets the needs of individual or targeted use cases. In a more demanding professional environment (scalability, governance, compliance), some aspects would deserve a deeper validation.

Ne fonctionne pas correctement
Après installation sur un Macbook Pro M1 et en donnant toute les autorisations le mac ne voit pas l’iPhone connecté mais dit qu’il deja appairé. Bref l’idée est bien mais faudrait que l’app fonctionne des deux cotés iOS et MacOS.
Love to unlock easy
Honestly, makes switching from phone calls to computer work back and forth so easy in a busy environment
My opinion
Overall its a good app idea and could work out great, set up was difficult since i had to figure it out myself. There is not “help” function in the app. I can lock my laptop but then i go to unlock it it gets “timed out” so thats why i rated it so low.
GOATed app
Love this for my gym access. Really nice not having to even open my phone and just walk in.
Frustrating
Half of the time just trying to connect to the door… The connection time takes like 20-30s for most of the time. And other times it doesn’t do anything when i try to unlock. I go to the gym a few times a week. This is supposed to be a 24/7 access without the staff? Now im too scared to go during early hours in the day now

Magical feeling
It feels like magic using this app! No need to memorize stupid passwords & carry a badge. Love love love it!!!
We use for our office
I’m all about rockstar mode, just walking straight into our locked office. Super helpful as well when carrying stuff. One less physical key, and more security. Love this product and app.
Updates nonstop
I can’t use it if the apps not updated and it needs to update weekly at this point. Which is highly inconvenient. That’s my only complaint but if I’m bothered weekly…. It’s kind of a large complaint.
Great user experience
This has been making my days way more productive at work since my company started using Allthenticate. No more yubikeys, no more passwords. Big fan!
Efficient!
I’ve been using this authenticator for a few months now— and unlocking my computer is extremely simple and less stressful.
Added bonus: remote work around my kids is seamless, thanks to quick access without typing my password after every distraction for the millionth time. Haha.
(The solution for me before? Risk leaving sensitive info up around one kid while another breaches a baby gate!!)

Why is location required???
Ok I guess, but why is location required? There is no reason why I should need to give this app my location to unlock a door via bluetooth. The fact that this is not optional makes me concerned that this is just a way to profit off my data. For me this is a big privacy concern.
Edit: Downgrading to 1 star since after trying to download the app again, I get stuck in a loop confirming my email. This app is not usable for me.
