Terrible connection
No matter how good my internet is or where I am in my house or work site this app consistently drops my calls while I am talking to a client. What gives?!! Please fix.

The app is horrid. Constantly drops calls. I have the best and fastest internet and for some reason there is nothing but problems when I have my phone connected to WiFi. The sound is statically and the best part…. It now doesn’t work with my Apple phone. I work remote and had to have my company mail me a plug in phone to use because the new upgrade isn’t compatible. Why is this app even still available at this point? Seriously the absolute worst app on the market.

Does anyone actually use Allworx Reach phone systems successfully, or is this app just an elaborate social experiment in frustration? It has deteriorated into a nonfunctional mess. Uninstalling and reinstalling accomplished exactly nothing. It has never connected to Wi-Fi without issues—not once.
Incoming call? Notification appears. I tap answer. “Call Failed.” Outgoing call? It rings. The other person answers. “Call Failed.” At this point, the only consistent feature of this app is its ability to fail at the single task it exists to perform.
The developer has had months to fix this, yet somehow a phone app in 2025 cannot reliably make or receive phone calls. That’s not a bug—that’s a masterclass in neglect.

Latest iOS update crashes app
iOS 26 makes this app almost unusable. App crashes when trying to make any sort of outbound call. No response from allworx for months on fixing this problem.

This app has always been unreliable, but now it has stopped working all together.

App worked for about 7 months after being dead for 3 years, but then ios26 released in sept 2025 and the app is dead again. Why isn’t this app (that we paid hundreds of dollars to use) being updated regularly and worked on during beta os releases so that upon release every September we have a working app? It’s now 2 months since ios26 release and there has been NO UPDATES!

When I receive an incoming call they all say “Call Failed” the app is no longer working.

Apparently, the app will not work on the updated iOS version and it was announced after many people had already done that update. When can this be an expected fix?????

This app is useless, good luck trying to keep a call without it disconnecting every 10 seconds. Also good luck using it if you upgraded to iOS 26. App does not work once upgraded
Stopped working
