One of the worse applications
This is the worse and most unintelligent apps ever. They have made it so difficult to navigate .
Approvals
Worst service, strongly and definitely not recommended, please refrain from using this insurance, for approvals you will need to follow up and not them, even though multiple follow ups they don’t do the required job and finish things until the customer follows up multiple times on single request. Additionally they keep you on hold for like forever for a follow up call for which they should already have the update in advance

Could not find total coverage and used amount list as in previous version.
Great app
Super easy to navigate and submit claims and check the status/validity of you insurance. Great support.
Bad Service
Even though already covered under policy,but Almadallah to be reject,if that urgent care also without communication
I was face four time rejection for scanning,As per the information Dr Desk submitted everything.But insurance team rejecting without information
Almost every insurance company covering that scanning
