Uselessness at its best
The app is useless and Sukook force you to download it by refusing to give you information over the phone or on their very useless website. It’s amazing how a company like this is allowed to operate in the healthcare space
Awful
Terrible app, slow, difficult to use, clunky, unresponsive, misleading UI, inexplicable decisions such as making IBAN unseen whilst typing. Almost as though it is made deliberately difficult to make claims.
Bad UX
Can’t add multiple photo documents to each claim category. Only an option to take 1 photo for invoice. Does not work for a 3 page invoice. V poor app with bad customer experience
