Never ever use their pharmacy delivery
Consulation is fine but never ever use their delivery option if you need the medication now they will deliver it after hours and they give request to pharmacy which is far away even though pharmacies are available nearby.. so better go to a clinic and then get medicines by hand rather than this useless

My insurance claim was rejected, and when I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed that no request was ever raised by TruDoc.
Despite several emails and calls, TruDoc was unable to provide a request or reference number so I could follow up with my insurer.
It has been more than 7 days, and their customer service keeps repeating the same information and asking the same questions, with no resolution.
Extremely frustrating experience and disappointing customer support.

Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
I had high expectations for the TrueDoc app, but the entire journey was honestly a disaster. The customer care team was unhelpful and seemed poorly trained, making it frustrating to get even basic support. The GP consultation didn’t feel professional or experienced, which left me even more concerned rather than reassured.
To make things worse, the pharmacy service was extremely slow. My medication wasn’t delivered on the same day—it arrived the next day, and it was transported through a motorbike in a way that didn’t inspire confidence at all.
Overall, the service needs major improvement. I won’t be using it again until these issues are fixed.

Disappointed
Charged for a sick leave paper and not was not valid. I was not even offered or discussed the option of a Ministry sick leave that is the appropriate one. Not recommended sorry.
