OTP
The fact you have to do an OTP everytime is ridiculous and very inconvenient especially as it only allows 30seca and then email takes about 20secs to come through
Terrible app
I can never book the appointments , it’s not accurate the information it provides , it’s an app with a bunch of buttons but 0 efficiency- why you launch it if it’s so bad ?

Can’t chat with a human, doesn’t load properly, can’t submit missing documents.
Bad app and worst service
Slow and poor design app with links / chat bots that don’t work - also does not link to your actual insurance card with false information listed. Please be careful when use
App Unusable
Issues identified:
• Frequent application crashes.
• Poor overall performance.
• Long loading times between screens.
• Notification badge/icon does not clear after notifications have been viewed.
• App introduction/tutorial is displayed on every launch.
• No option to permanently skip the app introduction/tutorial.
These issues negatively impact usability and should be resolved. The app needs to be completely overhauled.
