The app version before was good but its lot of issues and even cannot download the report

This app is real struggle

The app has so many issues. Even after authorization logs you out. No of login are limited which is strange for medical app. No stability.the app. Developers should test before launching any feature.

Not at all customer friendly

Each time asking mobile number, password and OTP
 it’s too time consuming and mostly in the night time OTP is not coming too

Features failure on Login

The app is not able to cast the mobile number, from input suggestion during login. it should simply ignore +971 and take mobile number only and not just take the first 10 characters. also when OTP sms, it cant fill the input area, you to remebwr and type otherwise it will
be gone from sms and do the
logon process again.
