Cannot access the lab reports
The app version before was good but its lot of issues and even cannot download the report
This app is real struggle
The app has so many issues. Even after authorization logs you out. No of login are limited which is strange for medical app. No stability.the app. Developers should test before launching any feature.

Features failure on Login
The app is not able to cast the mobile number, from input suggestion during login. it should simply ignore +971 and take mobile number only and not just take the first 10 characters. also when OTP sms, it cant fill the input area, you to remebwr and type otherwise it will

The app keeps getting better with time, and every update impresses me more! Easy to book, easy to navigate between my family profile. Very smart filters to find directly what you need. Booking an appointment don’t even take 3 minutes I. Total! Great service and app.

Couldn’t even login
It's so poorly developed that I couldn't even log in because the passcode wasn't inserted from iOS suggestions, and a few times it didn't send me one.
Many doctors have no appointments available and appear on the list without any reasons.

Log out whenever I close the apo
Its too frustrating. Whenever I close the app it logs out. And there’s set limit per day for login attempts. Now its showing you have too many log in attempts for a day and i m unable to open the app and see the reports.
