App full of bugs
While tried to register a patient it throws error something went wrong. Plus for kids if they are mapped to parents phone number you can’t register them.Required proper knowledgeable developers to properly develop this. Seems novice developer developed it
Very bad
The new one is very confusing and requires multiple of step to book. I was a big fan of the old one , easy, friendly and with one step u can book! With proper notification.
Availability
The application isn’t available outside UAE which we needed to share the prescription, medical reports..etc with doctors aboard!!!
Please fix the login limits
I appreciate how speedy the app updates are but a login limit per day doesn’t make sense given how often the app logs you out and how often this information needs to be accessed when you’re in hospital accessing different services and reports. Please consider changing the limit, especially and at least for UAE pass logins.

Very good Doctors and well caring nurses and other related staff. Nothing less than any five star rated hotels treatment provided
Login not working
The app Login is not working. I tried to signup many times but the error show “something went wrong”. Unable to sign in into the application. The process to login through UAE pass is also not straight forward. Looks like app is broken.
Subpar
Non native UI. Slow. Very slow. Unintuitive interface. More often than not I book appointment over the phone or choose a different provider.

Worst hospital ever Everytime u have to wait for million hours for anything even if you have appointment and no staff in pharmacy you will die from waiting need alooooootttt of improvement they take aloooottt of money to put in bucket instead of having more staff and qualified doctors.. i hope ministry of health do something for such of these hospitals with big name and smaaaalllllllll services and woooorssssttttt staffs

How come a hospital app has limited logins? Its not like am logging into someone else’s account 😒How can i see my reports or book appointments when this app does not open😡

The app has so many issues. Even after authorization logs you out. No of login are limited which is strange for medical app. No stability.the app. Developers should test before launching any feature.

Application successfully login from UAE PASS but while fetching data atonce it logs out and navigate back to starting Signup page.

Why change a perfectly functioning app
The app was always organized clearly and it was easy to see everything and use. Now it’s like a puzzle you have to solve, the main page itself it full of useless things and what is most used in an app is in little corners you have to find. Plus it’s crashing and glitching, i log in with UAE pass and it logs me out right after and says invalid. How is it it invalid when it’s my UAE pass??? Who approved this new design?? Don’t fix what is not broken

A daily limit should not be set for this type of healthcare application. Instead, consider allowing a single login session to remain active for several hours or for the entire day.

There is no option to select LLH Abu Dhabi , how do i see this in the app , is there any other app for it specifically
