Never ever use their pharmacy delivery
Consulation is fine but never ever use their delivery option if you need the medication now they will deliver it after hours and they give request to pharmacy which is far away even though pharmacies are available nearby.. so better go to a clinic and then get medicines by hand rather than this useless

My insurance claim was rejected, and when I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed that no request was ever raised by TruDoc.
Despite several emails and calls, TruDoc was unable to provide a request or reference number so I could follow up with my insurer.
It has been more than 7 days, and their customer service keeps repeating the same information and asking the same questions, with no resolution.
Extremely frustrating experience and disappointing customer support.

Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
I had high expectations for the TrueDoc app, but the entire journey was honestly a disaster. The customer care team was unhelpful and seemed poorly trained, making it frustrating to get even basic support. The GP consultation didn’t feel professional or experienced, which left me even more concerned rather than reassured.
To make things worse, the pharmacy service was extremely slow. My medication wasn’t delivered on the same day—it arrived the next day, and it was transported through a motorbike in a way that didn’t inspire confidence at all.
Overall, the service needs major improvement. I won’t be using it again until these issues are fixed.

Disappointed
Charged for a sick leave paper and not was not valid. I was not even offered or discussed the option of a Ministry sick leave that is the appropriate one. Not recommended sorry.

I was trying to consult doctor from last 3 hours, called thrice with interval of 1 hour the representative advised doctor will call back. Poor response time

The platform is highly efficient and provides a convenient way to communicate with doctors confidently. However, there has been a consistent delay in medicine deliveries, which are usually scheduled for the following day. The pharmacists have mentioned that this delay is due to the limited availability of only one delivery rider, making same-day delivery difficult. I hope this concern can be reviewed and addressed to improve the overall service experience

Not possible to call a doctor - every time doctors are not available. Request call back - you can leave request , but you won’t get a call within 30 minutes as it was mentioned. Appointment booking is not working, you need to call and line is always busy. Every time it is a fight and you should spend a lot of time.

The worst Health Care customer service in the entire GCC. Team is extremely rude and unprofessional they cut the patient line if they are not happy with the conversation, everytime I have to make endless calls to get the service needed, they claim to use AI but their tech is so backwards that I have to repeat my details at least 5 times until I get to speak to a doctor. Nothing is synced and worst experience ever! Mobile app data doesn’t show any of my patient details on it! Terrible

TruDoc never use useless service
TruDoc have very bad service. I will never use it again and just wast of money and time Especially disappointing was the support team - Mr. Ahmed Mando and Mahmood Bakri. They initially told me that I could get medicine from ANY pharmacy in Dubai and after 4 hours when i call again and later said they only deal with one specific pharmacy. Very unprofessional and useless support and staff. Im very sick and had to wait the whole day for my medicine 12 midnight they telling we can deliver morning and my condition is like I’m dying. My question is why they said to me ANY PHARMACY IN DUBAI? if they are not dealing with all pharmacy. Now 12 midnight and i have high fever.

Pathetic app with pathetic customer service
It’s been ages that I am not able to use the app as it always says verification failed after input of Insurance. I have to call Trudoc helpline every single time I need help and they would say that we have some issue which we have reported to our IT team but they never comes back to you.

Unprofessional - cost me 600 dirhams
They are unprofessional. They sent me the wrong payment link and then replied saying they would refund me after the payment was made, so I had to pay the wrong amount. When I asked for a sick note after making the payment, they said it was too late and that they couldn’t issue one. The problem was with their link, and I even sent them a screenshot. The customer service keeps saying, ‘I understand, but…’ They clearly don’t understand. Now, two days of my work are unpaid because of them, and I’ve had to deal with trouble and questions at work.
