اعلنو عن كود ويوم استخدمته مكتوب ان المدة ما تشمل والشروط والأحكام ما فيها شي عن المدة والعروض مخلينها على بطاقات من بنوك سيئة نروح نصدر البطاقة ولا تصدر

This app has frequent offers and always cheeper tickets than others , the customer service are very cooperative
They canceled my tickets and never refunded me
I had an awful experience with this app. Nearly a month ago, I purchased flight tickets for my family. They canceled the tickets right after payment, and to this day, I haven’t gotten my money back. There’s no real customer service—only endless excuses like “wait for the bank.” They’re basically scammers, and I strongly warn everyone not to use them!

عندهم اعلان للحصول عن نقاط بقيمه 500ريال حاولت احجز فندق ويرفض وعندي صور تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء يقول فيه تحديث ولزمت عليه قال حاول مره ثانيه

غيروا حجزي وأنا قد دفعت
تطبيق سيئ جدا ما عندهم خدمة عملاء أي مشكلة يستقبلونها بالرسايل و يتأخر الرد
ثانيا يغيرون الحجز بعد الدفع والتأكيد
غيروا حجزي من جناح ملكي إلى غرفة عادية قبل الدخول بنصف ساعة بحجة إن الفندق مزدحم ولما وصلت للفندق وسألت قالوا عندنا جناح ملكي
أسوأ تجربة مرت علي و لن تتكرر إن شاء الله

لي اسبوع اطالبهم يرجعون فلوس رحلتي ويعيدون علي نفس الكلام تسكيت فقط

لن استخدم هذا التطبيق الا لو فيه عرض من البنك يسوى يغطي على عدم موثوقيتهم.

I had a very disappointing experience with Almatar.
My flight with Air India Express was cancelled due to the Middle East situation. I contacted the airline, and they confirmed that the full refund has already been processed to Almatar (the booking agent). However, Almatar has not returned my money to me.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I keep getting no clear response or solution. This is extremely frustrating because the airline has already done their part, and now Almatar is holding my refund without justification.
This kind of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own money after a cancellation that was not their fault.
I strongly urge Almatar to process my refund immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities.

Worst Agency and worst Customer Service
I booked a flight via almatar app however my flight got cancelled even after 2 weeks following up with their team but no response always receiving a auto generated whatsapp message, i will suggest not to purchase any tickey fromt them , they dnt have ethics to deal with clients I want to give u 0 star
