On the second week of may I ordered a set and a hat, keep in mind that t shirt and shorts and hat cost me £200. It’s now the second week of July and I still haven’t received the most expensive item which is the t shirt. I went through customer service and the most they offered me was a 15% discount. I asked if they could atleast throw in an accessory like another hat or socks and they said they can’t and only offered the discount for 2 months of my trouble. Seriously ridiculous considering the t shirt won’t come for another 2- 3 weeks making it 3 months for one order. Seriously do not recommend at all customer service was awful apart from John

Great Products, But More Customer Perks Would Be Nice
I really love Alo products and the quality is amazing. The designs are beautiful, and I always feel confident wearing them.
However, I would love to see more perks for online shoppers, such as occasional discounts, small gifts, or complimentary samples with purchases. Little surprises like these would make the shopping experience even more enjoyable and would encourage me to shop more often.
