Problems ordering
This is the third time I tried to purchase an item online for our daughter and hopefully third time is a charm. Unfortunately ALO reversed both purchases after confirming them duentontheirbsysyem not allowing for cross country purchases. Maybe they should consider their customers first.

The worst web site!
I tried three or four times on the website, including with the help of a representative with your company to send a simple E gift card and it was impossible! Finally, the representative suggested I try doing it on my iPhone, and I finally was able to do it.
Fake discount codes
I had a 20% off discount code and it would apply it to my order but would not let me check out with the code applied. As soon as I removed the discount code and all items went back to full price the transaction went through. I’m kinda mad though because I was saving around $70 which would of really been a huge help 😭😢😣
