Really useful
The problems I have are when I try to click recreational or commercial it doesn’t work and I have to click it a lot and sometimes restart the app. Also the next button when registering for flight it just graphically off.

I’ve been using for 4 years
This is my go to app before takeoff to make sure that everything is good to go. Being in Dallas/ Fort Worth and using my drone nearly 3 times a week for inspections, this app has helped me get authorization for years instantly.

Was directed to this app from AIR Aware in order to get LAANC approval for a flight to fly in class d airspace. Can’t even create an account because there’s an “error in the format” when there’s literally nothing wrong. Finding a better option. Disappointing that we need 20 different apps just to fly.

Terrible Mapping
The mapping and search functions are terrible. I used this for planning an upcoming trip and found it to be mostly useless

LAANC request glitch
I used to use this app a lot for LAANC approvals. I don’t know what happened to the quality of it but I opened it up today and it wouldn’t allow me to request LAANC when it should have been available.
Exceptional for sUAS flight planning
I have been using this app for years on a personal account to track airspace restrictions and request authorizations.
Recently purchased an organizational plan for my agency for flight logging and aircraft/battery management and am very pleased. Upon initial setup I had some questions about configurations and general setup. Aloft support was prompt and incredibly helpful. Whether you are using this app as a recreational or commercial pilot, I highly recommend it!

I have tried to register, but it’s telling me the “data is in the wrong format”. It’s my name, an email, and a password, what’s the wrong format? Stupid.
Most Unreliable app made in US
It tells me no LAANC approval available in areas clear to fly. And when there is real restrictions by military it tells you go ahead and fly

Unreliable Service
Aloft is a fine app to check airspace but the mapping service lags and often will not redraw or appear. Other apps that use Mapbox have no issues.
Unable to register
Constantly get an error when trying to register that state “format is invalid”. Not a one off error, been trying to register for months with the same issue.
Amazing app!
I love this app so much and it’s free another bonus I think it is much better than the old version but one bug that annoys me is when ever I try to expand the boundaries of my LAANC it would not expand so that is one thing to fix but overall great app!
Amazing customer service!
Password help above and beyond. I recently needed to change my password but the app wouldn’t let me type a new one. Kevin from the support team walked me through possible issues and solutions until I finally got it resolved. The issue was between two competing password programs I use and not a fault with the app. I love the app and the clean and easy to use interface. If you are a drone pilot, this is the best app out there!

Easily get LANNC approval under part 107 and no ridiculous monthly or yearly fee.

I have used Aloft exclusively and it has never failed me. I recently used the LAANC authorization section and it worked flawlessly!
Server errors
Get multiple server errors. This has increased in frequency recently making the app unreliable.
