Extremely limited and not understand of human issues

Was just informed I’ll be doing 2-3 hours of unpaid labor every week because you can’t change the shift start and stop locations. I have a client who I typically pick up from a day program. Her shift doesn’t start at her home but that’s the only place you can clock in and out of. Her parents also own a business which I occasionally pick up or drop off at. I didn’t really like mobilecargiver+ but it’s far superior to this since at least you can select where you’re picking your client up from.

Convenient & Easy to Use

I love this! Super convenient. The fact they have an app 🙌 I don't know what I would do without it.

Poor App

Never works correctly. When trying to clock out says your not in the area when you are. Always slow and usually has a tab that won’t work. This app is so frustrating to get your nursing work done on time.

AloraPlus App

This app makes clocking in and out so much easier and the aide note is in the visit page so I can complete the note when I do my punches. Love this app.

Clocking in and out

So many levels of frustration when clocking in and when clocking out it takes about 20 minutes always calling my job on the phone to much , I am wasting a lot of time . I could be half way home by the time I clock out. My job told me that your app is updated and I don’t see it at all. Wtheck

Give good updates for Alora!

My work uses this for logging in and logging out. That being said sometimes I log out 1 min after my shift and it says I clocked out 1 min before my shift.

This is ridiculous that this app messes up so much.

Has a few bugs to fix.

Half the time using this app for work it takes too long to load or it won’t load at all. I have to go through my browser to get Alora to work. Also the 5 minute countdown stating that if you hit “continue” you can finish working, is useless. It logs out every single time no matter if it’s been a few seconds since the timer has been activated or minutes it still logs out. If those things were fixed that would make the app a 4 star rating for myself personally. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and it’s been a repeated problem. Other than that I have no complaints

Awesome App

I absolutely love this app.
Easy access and works well for me.
I have never had an issue with it freezing or stalling but then again I keep my phone and all my apps up to date.
I appreciate that I have to login each time with PW to view visits/patient . It just feels more secure and I don’t have to worry about just anyone seeing patient info. Hippa Hippa Hippa
