Horrible on the move
If you’re by Wi-Fi and standing still, the app works OK.
If you’re driving using cell service, it is ineffective and becomes quite frustrating for everyone on the phone.

Easy on the go Hubspot logging
I appreciate being able to answer client calls from anywhere and respond to texts. My main goal is logging these activities and their transcripts to Hubspot which happens automatically and saves me time.
Consistently inconsistent
I wish I could leave a good report on this. If you’re not connected to Wi-Fi and stationary, the service is hard to use. It really hinders my ability to be on the go and take phone calls. You guys need to work on this and update it. I’d be happy to change this review once you do.
Bad UI, not practical, calls fails, too much lagging.
