Great resource for SMB
Easy to use, love the integration with Hubspot so my team can call and text… and automating workflows right from our Hubspot to send emails and use Aloware to text is fantastic as we scale our tech touch for smaller clients!
App is sub par
The functionality of the app is missing key features. Individual texts get lost in the sea of auto text. No way to sort text on the mobile app.
Need to be able to schedule text messages for later time
I can schedule to go out at later time on my computer but not on the app options.
Needs Ability To Add Spaces Between Lines.
Every time you click the return button to format the texts you send, it sends the message.
This is a big problem.
How am I supposed to format my texts for my business if I can’t even add spaces between lines using the return/enter button?
