It hardly works
This app will constantly freeze and randomly log you out. It would be slightly better if it allowed you to sign in using Face ID but it doesn't even have that. I ended up placing an order and it went through twice. Thankfully I caught it right away.
It's a shame because while they have cute clothes, their site is a pain to use on mobile and Id shop much more if they had a functional app

Barely functional
This app is so buggy and laggy and the optimization is really bad. This app feels like you’re on the mobile website via safari, except it moves a lot slower, you have to click buttons/items many times to get where you want to be, and things take forever to load. You’ll be better off just going on the website on your phone.

Love the store hate the app
The app doesn’t even load just stays on the Altar’d state page. It’s been like this for months and probably won’t be fixed any time soon
Doesn’t load doesn’t save
App has had issues for awhile. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue. Stays on title page and nothing happens.
Needs some bugs fixed
The app stays on the "Altar'd state" first screen for a really long time. I've deleted and redownloaded multiple times. Also, clicking the heart in the corner of a product to add to wish list doesn't work the first time, I have to hit it twice and it takes way to long to process. I hope these issues get fixed because I love this store!
