For venues where you’re encouraged to order via the app, you’d think it would be worth investing in a decent, user friendly app. Frustrates me every time I go for food or drinks, and to be honest probably stops me going more.

Every single time I use this app, it’s drives me insane, crashes, slow, wipes your progress, and does not respond.

Dreadful app
No auto fill, can’t save card details. What is the point?
Doesn’t seem to work.
They take the money but the order doesn’t seem to go to the restaurant so you don’t get the food. Then the restaurant can’t refund you as it was an app order. Better off not using and just going to the place to order. Shame really.
Poor application
Poor to use. No option for support. Had a terrible experience at the restaurant and no help at all offered. No support options on app. Will not use again.

Literally the worst app I’ve ever used
Clunky, buggy, terrible UX, just all around a pain to use. 8 times out of 10 I end up going to the counter to order. Most recently, the guy at the till said I had to use the app; I said it wasn’t working and was about to explain why and he just said “I believe you, it’s a horrible app”..
Awful app! Temperamental and long
So temperamental when using it’s a fingers crossed moment when you order hoping it works… says it uses Apple Pay etc yet does not give options to do so when paying! Useless!
Shocking attempt at an app
Absolutely bone chilling experience. As others have said, no auto fill and have to manually enter data. Even copy and paste from a password manager like 1Password causes payments to fail.
Nice that they have icons for all the payment services they don’t use on the checkout screen. Seems daft to have the Apple Pay logo but no functionality. Probs for show I guess.
If they’re going to continue enforcing this app, it needs serious work.

Shockingly bad app.
Very bad user experience, slow to respond. Auto fill is dodgy. No Apple Pay or PayPal/simple payment method. A laborious slog through a confused interface. My friend opted to leave rather than waste more time. I imagine this app works as an effective paywall for the older generation or those less familiar with tech.

Painfully slow
Took near 20 mins to make basic order due it being the slowest and most awful app I’ve ever used
Useless
Spent 15+ minutes attempting to order, ended up getting a friend to do it instead. Literally doesn’t work.
Keeps sending me notifications
Despite deleting the app and changing my preferences to NO notifications I’m still getting them 🙄No way to remedy it and no way to contact the developer. Sort it out!!

No Apple Pay, no autofill.
Very poorly designed app
Takes a long time to check out and buy food on it because autocomplete doesn’t work like a normal app and it doesn’t have an option for Apple Pay.
Very irritating
Doesn’t use any payment gateways such as PayPal of Apple Pay, and then if anything goes wrong, or you press the back button at anytime, you have to completely start again. App deleted.
Poor UI
Not the most intuitive of apps. Long-winded in places e.g. instead of being able to order 2 of something you have to do it twice, one after the other. No dedicated option to get to the cart. Also doesn’t store you debit card details so it’s frustrating as hell when getting to payment stage. I could go on.

Can’t stop notifications
The app uses push notifications for promotions etc and there’s no way to disable them without disabling the important order notifications.
