Very Disappointing app.
I cannot open help and settings content. Therefore cannot control features of the device. No help or support even tips. The app just serves to connect your device to your network and volume control only. Thats it nothing more. Very disappointing
Worthless app
Got it all set up, Alexa works but refuses to play music off of anything and Bluetooth doesn’t work.. so I’ve got a $400 echo that’s pretty much useless 🤬🤬🤬
App won’t re download
This app used to be good now i had to uninstall it and now it doesn’t have the option to download it again it just say open and the app is uninstalled please fix the issue
Altice amplificador
El amplificador no funciona no es podido emparejarlo el wifi vienes abierto no vienes con una clave de emparejamiento dise no conectado a la red a los primeros si duras bien pocos días bien luego se de configura no se puedes configurar de nuevo sale un mensaje si cuenta tienes problemas mar al servicio al cliente uno llama y ellos no saben de que uno le habla mandan a una a la tienda de optimum y dice el amplificador cuando uno lo enciende ya está listo para configuración tu (sound box ) baja la app y esa app no existe no se por que dice eso si es dique de Altice no funciona cuando la logro pones le digo pon una música en Amazon music la polea pero en la bocina no se escucha nada solo dice reproducciendo Shakira en Amazon music pero en la bocina no se escucha nada en la app de Alexa en el celular se ves cómo está reproducciendo la canción pero en la bocina no se escucha nada

I purchased several of these speakers and was only able to connect two of them. I purchase another one for my parents and haven’t been able to connect it. I basically wasted my money on all of these speakers.

Network (Wifi/Cell), Date/Time of Error (Approximate), Device Model and OS, and a screenshot (if available). Please include reference #174107719.
