Pretty sure it’s a scam at this point
On the app and it tells me unsupported url every time I try to contact support through it. Tried calling the number itself and it keeps telling me I’ve one 100 rebates or Walmart first cards. Got through to a person and they hung up on me after we started talking. Asked for an email of providers in my area and was told it was being sent. Never got it… Have had multiple calls with them and no progress. Not the first thing that I’ve been tricked about or lied to about in the first month with them either. Told them about the health issues and my area and they said there were providers in my area. Everywhere I go I’m told no. They say I can’t see what it would cost but I can be seen, charged, and then Altrua may pay it but nobody knows. That’s half of what I’m dealing with after signing up. Since I can’t get into context with this company at all rn. Leaving this review up till I get a response. Want my money back and to leave this plan asap but can’t till they respond. I’ve also emailed them too and got no response btw👍

Lack of coverage
It doesnt cover everything you need. Health insurance providers should save client’s payment like savings instead of throwing the money away on strangers. I thought Altrua is a good deal that would cover a few things, but no.
Frustrated
Cannot change the address of my doctors office on this app & tried to print out one of the forms that I need to be reimbursed & the website tells you to find the forms on the mobile app but can’t print it out.
Not user friendly.
Half the time I cannot find what I need. And lately with the new version, my cards show up as a blank white screen. Same with notifications.
Tons of data
This app has lots of data and ways for me to stay on top of my health. I love the integration with my scale and watch
Lack of information
I can’t add my husband or can’t see him anywhere. I just see my name +1. Annoying!
Not possible to log in
I can login on my desktop but not in this app... tried PW reset but no success
Can’t even log in
Been trying to log in for 5 minutes, no luck. I can log in on my computer just fine... but the user name and password won’t work on the app. Frustrating.
