Can’t Access Account

Initially I was enjoying my experience with AltRx. I’ve received 2 shipments of the glp1 compound. However, I cannot log into my account and have questions I want to ask a provider. My email and phone number that I signed up with don’t work to login. I can only login through the initial link they sent me. I can’t login to the app. I have tried to call but the number on the website just hangs up when you call. The emails bounce back unable to be sent. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone!
