Don’t waste your time
I bought this for my daughter and I can’t attach it to WiFi. I also tried the other application. I thought the frame was defective but it’s not
Totally useless
I have had this frame for a few years and had some trouble at the beginning as it seemed someone else had access to my frame, but got that worked out. Recently I switched to a new iPhone, this is now totally useless. I had to reset the frame which deleted all my pictures and now the app freezes and won’t let me bind to it.

Disappointed
I use to love this frame. I have not been able to upload pictures for a long time. The app crashed, so I deleted the app and downloaded it again. I have not been able to bind the frame to my phone ever since.
Fix
Mine will not bring anymore and will no load pictures from iPhone 13 pro max iOS 15.6

Honestly should be a crime to have a product that’s is this good and pair it with a garbage app that is so hard to navigate if at all then constantly freezes and makes you resign in then you can’t access your already taken photos

Can’t bind since it only has numbers and you need to put in letters. Support team doesn’t respond and they don’t answer the phone.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing the frame. If I had I would have spent more and gotten a better frame with reliable service. The app doesn't work 99% of the time and the company does not care. It's a known issue and they have done nothing about it in over 3 years. I definitely would never recommend the frame or anything by Aluratek as it's a waste of time, money and energy.

I don’t think the developer is updating this app anymore. It freezes and won’t work. Junk.

I've struggled with my Aluratek WiFi Frame for the past three years. Immediately after the warranty expired, of course, the frame would shut off at the slightest movement. Merely moving the table it sat on would cause it to turn off.
Most likely the "mother board" was not fully secured to the inner compartment. Now, it automatically shuts off at merely walking within its perimeter.
The App is terrible. With duplicate settings that offer no explanation or instruction.
I'm just as angry at myself for not taking action in the beginning and returning the product. I simply made the mistake that my inexperience was to blame.

Never works
I have to close and re open the app at least 15x to upload pics. It is terrible. Once the app works then you can upload the pics without issues.
Stopped accepting new photos
It used to work great then about 6 months ago it stopped working. Tried support and no response. It says pictures are successfully uploaded but nothing shows up.
Download not working anymore...

Overpriced Defective Garbage
Got this for my father to put pictures of his grandson on. The app doesn’t work. Constantly crashes. Says the pictures are uploaded and won’t load on the frame. Gives directions. Won’t connect to the account. Another expensive tech item that doesn’t work. Save your time and money.

It work slow but it worked, now it won’t bind to my iPhone 11 Pro, I try everything to no avail. Very frustrated!!

Difficult to use
We bought the frame for my grandmother, and when we were trying to set it up it just wouldn’t bind. Then when I was finally able to get it to bind the app kept closing out, then the frame and app weren’t connecting.. we ended up having to get a new frame
App always locking up
The app needs a serious fix. Constant losing the binding after freezing up. Supports advice is to delete app, reboot device and reinstall app. That has not worked so please fix the app. It is great when working

This frame and app do not work. Crashes all the time. So difficult to navigate. I bought this as a gift and now I can’t return. Huge waste of time and money. Completely useless as we haven’t been able to upload a single photo.
The worst app ever!!
I payed extra to get a frame with capability to send wireless pic! But unfortunately because of this crashing app I lost this function!!
