Having to pay to change the flush frequency of a bowl that I already owned is ridiculous. There’s no ongoing cost for adjusting the flush frequency, and expecting $30 a year seems outrageous on an already expensive bowl.
App doesn’t work
The bowl is great so far but no way to logon to the app as the city only always 2 letters so you can’t register. I’ll update the review when they make this app functional
Garbage app
Can’t even log in or use the app with your pet bowl because the city field only takes 2
Poor Email Verification and Overall User Experience
As others have said this app is very buggy, most importantly the email verification workflow for the mobile app doesn’t work.
The main website supports Shopify login and email via code. The code works when triggered from the web app but that code cannot be used to verify the same new email in the mobile app.
As a consequence you cannot create a new account in the mobile app and the mobile app is then unusable.
These are table stakes features and do not bode well for the basic notification and configuration features.

So many problems
The app is barely usable and they want you to subscribe to use it to do basic tasks that should be included with the purchase of the bowl. Fail.
