Battery is down, tried to reach customer care for support, dialled 5 times, each time waited in que for 20/25 mins and then call disconnected.

Piece to piece replacement is a myth. It should be done spontaneously but they take time of 24 hours to give replacement. It meams if you are stuck on highway you should leave your car for 24 hrs and then after checking they would replace your battery
Stuck on loading
Doesn’t work most of time while registering warranty stucks on loading screen after filling all details happened with me multiple times how can we register product if same problem persists physical card was better
