Never worry about porch pirates!
Not only do you not have to worry about porch Pirates stealing your packages, if you’re traveling and something gets delivered, it’s not sitting on your porch for days! This is an amazing service, I highly recommend it. We actually changed her garage door opener so we could get these key deliveries.

I like the service but wish it was available through all of delivery companies! Also have bean disappointed a couple times!! Order was supposed to be delivered in garage and was left on porch! At edge of steps in plain sight!
Give us blink camera support
I had a cloud cam until the service was discontinued. The replacement blink camera I was given still doesn’t have support in the key app. Please add support for blink cameras for those of us former cloud cam users.
Pleas fix issues
Whenever adding/ removing guests from the household, it freezes on the saving/deleting screen. I have to close the app and open again to see if the changes I made actually saved. Sometimes I have to go through this process multiple times to get the person added. If these issues were fixed, the app would be great!

Awesome convenience and functionality with security!
In the beginning the service was a bit glitchy. But now they have completely ironed out the problems. It works flawlessly every time! I receive 2 to 3 in garage deliveries every week and never have a problem! It’s pretty cool to see the package delivered on camera,
Works well but annoying bug
Everything works very well, but if you have an item which was lost or canceled before delivery, it gets stuck in the delayed stayed indefinitely at the top of the list. I now have about 8 items there which won't go away, and it's just been growing over time.

Wow!
This new key service is amazing. No more worrying about package thieves or misdelivered items. Our first experience today exceeded expectation! The driver not only delivered the package to our garage but carried it to the inside landing where we easily retrieved it just outside our kitchen door. This service offers the security I’ve only dreamed about. It ends the stress when we can’t be home to receive a delivery.

In garge delivery went very well
This was my 1st in-garage delivery and I love it... All aspects, garage door opening, the package was placed in a very good location, the video and sound recording was perfect and the closing of the garage door was accomplished, all in a timely manner.... Thanks !!!!!!!
Please fix this!
This app would be my favorite thing ever - if you would fix it. Every time I add or remove someone from the household and click save, it locks up on “Saving…” so that I have to close the app completely. Then I have to reopen again it to see if my change actually saved. I am constantly adding and removing guests to my household so I need this feature to work better please. I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen. Thanks.

I love this delivery way because first is very secure and always all my package is safely of weather and also easy way to pick up.

History Erase
I would love it if they would allow you to erase the history of all deliveries and the opening and closing in one swipe. Instead of having to go back into each one individually. Otherwise a very good app
Key delivery
I reside in a neighborhood where petty robbery such as packages car being broken into things of that sort. Key delivery is the most secure delivery ever thought of. My amazing item was delivered inside my garage. I was alerted by key and my camera instantly came up on my phone
Multiple names
It’s a cool feature but it doesn’t help much when there is three people in my household that use the same account and only one name is “approved” for key delivery. I wish all three of us could use key delivery. Doesn’t make sense for my orders to go in garage and their orders go to the front door.
Love this
I love this service. Don’t have to worry about items being stolen from porch, under mat, yard or driveway anymore. No more hassles of leaving work earlier to catch a delivery or missing lunch. Packages are placed in plain site and nothing is ever disturbed in my garage. Peace of mind!!
Great option to receive packages
I was a little bit reluctant to tie in the garage door to the WiFi to gravy access to thirds while I’m away. Actually is a great option that keeps your package safe from weather and avoid stealing.

There is a card table in the front an center for purchased products to be left.
Not a big deal, leaving it on the floor but as the driver will attest to I have a very busy garage meaning it is a bit of a mess with so many projects going on…!

It works!
Love the fact that I can comfortably place an order and it be delivered safely in my garage. With my family busy schedule, it’s not all the time that we are home when deliveries arrive thus my package is safe within my garage.
