steaming hot garbage
set aside their shady business practices, they have allowed the store to be overun with fly by night shady companies with horrible nonsensical names like flippydoop or some rubbish which have even worse knockoffs of better products. search is terrible and is non stop ads. i forgot my password and it kept wanting me to scan a stupid qr code and then wanted me to make a passkey on my pc (dumb) or solve stupid puzzles so it can train its killer ai. also it is way too overstimulating and busy. horrible hot garbage

When they deliver my packages when my dog is out
So my dog is a beagle he’s not even that scary. He’s short he doesn’t even bark. He doesn’t even go after anyone and instead of them getting out of their car. They either throw it out their car or put it in the ditch or put it in the middle of my driveway.

Amazon takes advantage of return situations.
An Item was returned - never opened - because they sent the wrong color. Then they put an ungodly hold on the refund. Totally taking advantage of the situation to milk you for all they can.
Agent lied to me
I ordered something August 21 st and it was supposed to be delivered the 3rd the app says its out for delivery but it’s also saying it’s undeliverable I contacted Amazon customer service on the 10 th of September and the agent told me she would process the refund my boyfriend got his refund the next day it’s unacceptable that I can’t get a refund for a product I never received. That’s why I’m giving them 1 star

Sneaky gift card setting for refunds
The shopping app has a sneaky little default setting whereby refunds to the account are not credited back to the original payment method. Instead the app forces you to spend more with Amazon by crediting the refunded amount to a gift card. Unless you expressly opt for the refund to “original payment method”, you might end up waiting to receive your refund for several months and call up customer

Amazon always has good products the problems is the people that work for Amazon the delivery drivers are no good.
Alexa for frustration
Whenever you search for something, Alexa for Shopping pops up with it's incredibly inaccurate suggestions. Previously you had the option of going to alexa for shopping when you wanted, but now it's forced down your throat despite not being anywhere remotely close to ready for public use.
General searches and recommendations from Alexa for Shopping are already terrible, but if you try to search for something with dimensions, it will entirely ignore your measurements, display significantly larger/smaller items, and suggest to you that you should change your parameters. But if you do a normal search, you'll find what you're looking for Immediately.
Alexa for Shopping will 100% be the death of amazon if they keep this up

Too Flashy
For a very polished application, it is a shame that annoying video advertisements that hurt my eyes, run my phone hot, and use up my limited data cannot be set to not automatically play in settings. If it is an option, I cannot any longer find it. Browsing items is a chore now when I must constantly press a pause button on every scroll.

Becoming the new wish shopping experience
Amazon will say next day delivery and be 7 days late. Drivers are stealing packages and many packages come empty. You can’t file a complaint as they won’t allow that and nothing is ever done about the issues. They should be drug testing all employees regularly since they apparently can’t hire anyone worth hiring. And since you can’t file a complaint this is the only way to let people know Amazon is not being upfront nor is it delivering on time and many items are being stolen or lost before they are ever even delivered.
