Alexa for shopping
I’ve never been so dissatisfied with an app adding a new feature. The Alexa for shopping addition is completely useless, pops up when I already know what I’m looking for, and is impossible to turn off. It needs to be completely removed or easily turned off as I haven’t and will never purchase an item from it’s suggestions.

AI “assistance”
As soon as I do a search, AI pops up with its “help” but doesn’t really help at all. It’s in the way. Please allow us to turn it off. It shouldn’t be a default setting for those of us who do not use AI or even Alexa for that matter.

Negative reviews disappear before finishing
I’ve now found several times that if I’m writing a critical review about Amazon itself that before I get to the end of it it just vanishes from my phone screen. I’m sure it’s just a glitch of some sort, but it’s starting to feel intentional. I hope that’s not the case because I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s noticed and it’s not a good look for a company that relies on it’s Customer relationships and trust. Perhaps someone might look into that strange little glitch that seems to keep happening, only when I’m writing a negative review, about Amazon. But wouldn’t you know it: this one didn’t disappear. It’s almost as if there is some kind of intelligence monitoring and editing things…

GET RID OF THE AI
when i search, i don't get results page anymore, i get some stupid AI opinion on what i am looking for. i have to then proceed to my search results, simply to access the search i just searched. when i return items, using what used to be a quick and easy feature of amazon, i now have to reason with a robot to explain why i don't want the product (though i prefer my workaround of teaching AI new ways to swear, so to speak).

Search filters are absolutely useless
For eg when searching for furniture it will not allow filtering by dimensions! Whoever designed these need to do a better job

All I want to do is search for items that I might want to buy. Now I have to get around Alexa AI. I don’t want an AI explanation of what I am searching for.
And there is no way to disable it as it is integrated into the app. Users should have the choice to disable it if they do not want to use it.

The new AI feature on the app is the worst thing possible. Shoving more AI down our throats.
Alexa For Shopping Unacceptable
The forced integration of "Alexa for Shopping" has degraded the app experience to an unusable level. The forced integration of "AI assistants" is unacceptable, especially with no option to remove it. I've uninstalled the app.

I use Amazon to shop on Amazon not to be directed to 1,000 different websites while searching for products. Will this poor integration be the downfall of a powerhouse?
