Only shows “selected reviews” WHAT? Who selects them???
I’ve been using Amazon for YEARS and suddenly I can’t see all the reviews. Seriously, that’s why I use Amazon to research products and usually buy from Amazon. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
App ordering issues
App is incredibly glitchy and every single order I have made this year has had issues. It’s not many, but the convenience is not worth the headache. It’s far easier to just go to the store than it is to deal with an app that glitches and freezes to place an order that is always delayed.

Bro I had a package coming and let’s just say it was coming tmrw. Then tmrw comes and it gets moved back to another day, mind you it was two items and they were like nail products like hello??? Then I wait those two days and then it gets moved back AGAIN!!!! DUDE it doesn’t take that long to deliver two freaking small packages like bro get your service up.🥀😒

Late deliveries
Every single order I have placed for the past few months has never been on time. All items have been multiple days late. I understand there are delays sometimes but when I pay for Amazon prime and an item says it will be delivered in 2 days, I expect them to be on time. Not delivered a week late.

Remove Alexa or I’ll delete
Cool if you want it but there should be an option to opt out / remove / turn off. Especially since we can’t control or update our privacy settings. Don’t force AI on us.

5 Star for Amazon prime
We order things from Amazon on the weekly sometimes a daily and it’s always been very good. I’m happy with it except for a few things that took weeks like honey buns. By the time they got here they were crunched up and then sometimes you were conditioner has all water in it. No other stuff but pretty much I do give a five star. I wasn’t a take one story because when you say you order the next day, sometimes you put it onto the next day and the next day and the next day you should just you know give us a little heads up saying he ain’t getting it so no one has to stay on my way for it, but thank you Amazon we are dedicated shoppers and only through you guys

해외 상품을 구매하려고 했는데 국가에서 허용하지 않는다지,뭐라니 한국에서는 아예 해외 독점 상품을 구매하지 못하도록 설정하였네요 그러고선 무조건 미국계정으로 사야한다고 계정까지 홀드 시키면 어찌 해야합니까?.. 차별하는것도 아니고 심지어 외국계정으로 한국어도 지원안하면 어쩝니까? 인종차별하는것도 아니고;;

These new email summaries you're sending are trash. Please stop. You have my order, you send me updates on my order, previously you could send my email with a cute little update that matched my order. The new summary that tells me the category of item I've ordered with the little generic pictures? Useless. Does it really help you to have me click on that email to "view your order"?? It certainly doesn't help me.
