Can NOT turn off Alexa. Have been on phone with Amazon Tech for 35 mins and she cannot figure out! Grrrr ... not everyone wants this!
So frustrated as a business owner
I don’t know what Amazon’s issue is with delivering to P.O. Boxes, but I NEED all my packages delivered to it. I have had to reorder items because Amazon turned around at leaving them with USPS, I can’t even easily select my “pick-up location” at the CVS near by as my delivery location. I HATE HOW INCONVENIENT TRYING TO GET THINGS DELIVERED HAS BECOME!!! For the love of all that is good, if you want my money, PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME TO GET THE STUFF I WANT DELIVERED. It’s so ridiculous. I’m at the point where I don’t even want to try dealing with Amazon anymore, god knows I’ve been using other sources for the things I need for several months now since I last tried to complain about it (obviously it’s still an issue). I already cancelled my prime membership over it, and it’s looking like I might write Amazon off completely at this point. You can’t even send them feedback in their app anymore about Amazon itself. So much BS, I’m taking my business elsewhere so long as this BS persists.

Annoying pop ups
When I go to check out there are pop ups to buy more items, please stop pestering me. If I want to buy something I will find it and buy it!!!!!!!!
Please a purchase hiding feature
It’s a good app, all that’s missing is the ability to hard purchases you don’t want seen in your orders. If that’s added then it’s a 5 star.
Shipping has taken a dive
I know it’s free shipping with Prime, but lately when I order something and it says NEXT day delivery. But after they charge you then it’s Two, or even three days. The overnight shipping I was banking on being at my house by 8am is now pushed to tomorrow, for something I needed today. Please fix it Amazon

Manipulated
This is concerning the delivery only. Stop lying about having difficulty delivering my packages. I have never had a problem getting packages. I know this is a result of the Amazon drivers being overloaded and since I pay for prime this is the “cheat” to justify the late deliveries

I’ve been using the Amazon app for years and have had a great overall experience.

TERRIBLE FOR YOUR WALLETS! PLEASE READ
Terrible for the environment & terrible for our wallets. They inflate the prices of products and then force competitors to raise their prices to match Amazon’s so that there isn’t a lower price out there. Look it up. Stop giving Amazon your money. Take back our economy one oligarch at a time.

They keep changing shipping policies and now it’s hard to even buy something without “adding it to another order to save on shipping”

Many listings have incorrect information.
Shipping is always wrong
They give me a delivery date and can’t up hold it even tho I’m prime 4-7 day shipping on anything I buy from them
It’s good to find stuff that you may want to buy sometime but
If you are looking to buy something and you go to look at the reviews you can’t see it if your not signed in, it would have been better to see the reviews and not be able to write the reviews.
CHEAP COMPANY
I’m sick of talking to Asians who can’t comprehend what you’re saying. Amazon has poor quality control and when you need help, the help is outsourced. Then they have the nerve to only allow you a two minute buffer time before you’re kicked out of the chat knowing that these people don’t comprehend English well. I had a CS rep make a mistake and posted in the chat “This customer needs help with xyz” as if they were typing it into an AI site to get an answer! Now they filter reviews. You can only read a certain amount of reviews unless you press the request reviews button. Then they send you an email 4 days later saying whether your request was approved or denied!! They are trying to hide negative reviews. Can’t trust this horrible company.

Your not the greatest app
Sometimes this app works but recently it hasn’t really been. I put in my address and it changed my address and then when I go to change it to my right address, it won’t let me fix your problem Amazon, please and thank you.

Great shopping
Love Amazon. I am satisfied with my orders. If something does not work for me, I especially love that I can return without cost and issues getting my returns picked up with ups at my door. When you live far away from town this is so nice. Love my hassle free Amazon.
Subscribe&Save onPurpose Confusion
It seems S&S is always being changed and manipulated to maximize Amazon‘s profits. I place one grouping order, it shows that I’m supposed to get a certain percentage off the item, then each item gets billed and or shipped separately, so there is no way to track what you have been charged, and now previous subscribe and save groupings cannot be found to verify like a few days later that I actually received what I should have. Please replace that at the least however, a real invoice should be available showing a description of the item the regular price, the discounted price, and the total of the sub subscribe and save order.
